Plan Indonesia - Training Development Specialist Urgently Needed

Plan Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of:

Training Development Specialist ( Jakarta )

Responsible for new staff orientation, training & development, and performance management processes are developed and implemented in accordance with Plan Indonesia’s people and culture strategies, policies and procedures
Requirements:

· Bachelor degree Psychology/Human Resources Management or other Social Sciences
· Minimum 5 yearsrelated experienced, preferably experience in Non Government Organization
· Having understanding of Human resources management
· Having understanding of training design, organization and evaluation
· Facilitation and negotiation skills
· Good English skill both in oral and written communication
· Good computer skill
