YKIP is a foundation dedicated to improving the lives of the needy in Bali through Health and Education Projects. Established only days after the Bali Bomb Blast of October 12, 2002, our efforts are intended as a living tribute to the 222 dead and 446 injured victims of the two blasts. We are looking for exceptional committed personnel to fill the role of Administration Manager. This position reports to the YKIP Management Board.
This role needs to collaborate with the Program Managers to achieve YKIP objectives.


 
This job includes, but not limited to:
·          Manage administration function of Yayasan, permit & legal compliance, HR function in term of HR administration, payroll, leave and benefits administration.
·          Manage Finance and Accounting of Yayasan i.e Maintain the book and account, financial report, tax administration and reporting (corporate and personal income tax and withholding tax), Account Payable and Bank Disbursement, handling petty cash/bank book, budget preparation and cost monitoring
·          Handle communications i.e. newsletter, donors
 
 Qualifications and Experience:
·         Minimum (S1/Bachelor) Degree
·         Minimum 5 years of professional experience in administrative works, HR and/or Finance/Accounting
·         Ability to use Microsoft Office system. Ability to operate Microsoft Access would be an advantage
·         Familiar with MYOB and Indonesian taxation is an advantage

·         Indonesian Nationality 
·         Excellent Bahasa and English proficiency, verbal and writing
·         Excellent interpersonal skill
·         Team player with excellent organizational and administration skills
·         Willingness to learn new skills and assume responsibilities flexibly
·         Ability to work independently, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritize and exercise discretion
 
 
This is a Bali based position and candidates from outside Bali will be offered a relocation allowance.
