About the MIDA-Sweden position:
The Public Engagement Advisor will assist the MOJC in developing and implementing a comprehensive Public Engagement strategy for the Ministry mainly aimed to raise the MoJC’s public profile and strengthen dialogue with the citizens.
The selected candidate will be required to balance direct support with transfer of skills and knowledge to the staff of the MOJ. Capacity-development is a key component of this assignment and it will be taken in high consideration in evaluating the achievement of the outcomes of the assignment. In all matters related to the assignment, the diaspora expert will report to the designed institutional focal point and the IOM/MIDA program officers in Mogadishu and Nairobi.
