The Asia Pacific Business Unit has exciting plans to expand its portfolio with major bilateral and multilateral clients in project management and service delivery. To support this expansion, we are looking to recruit an Indonesian Project Manager to ensure cost effective, timely and specification compliant project delivery. The primary responsibilities will revolve around two major areas –Project Management and HR Management. The role will also be responsible for providing high quality financial and project management support ensuring Value for Money (VFM) is attained and that the project is delivered.
To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; • Minimum 7 years proven project management experience in Indonesia with at least 3 – 5 years DFID/AusAID/USAid project management experience; • 2 years experience in a developing country or similar environment; • Superior financial and commercial acumen and ability to interpret and analyze financial reports;
• Outstanding relationship management; • Ability to influence and liaise at a senior level.
