Executive Assistant to Executive Director of the AHA Centre
ASEAN Secretariat, with the support of ASEAN-Australia Cooperation for the Implementation of the AADMER Work Programme 2010-2015, is looking for a qualified candidate as an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of AHA Centre.
AHA Centre is the ASEAN’s regional hub for information and knowledge for disaster management. It will
also serve as the centre point for mobilisation of resources to disaster affected areas, act as the coordination engine to ensure ASEAN's fast and collective response to disasters within the ASEAN region and serve as a centre of excellence for disaster management in the ASEAN region.
The Executive Assistant will support Executive Director of the AHA Centre for the day-to-day administrative,
clerical and operational activities. This position is open to Indonesian citizens or ASEAN Nationals with permanent resident status in Indonesia. The successful applicant will be based at the AHA Centre, BPPT Building, Jakarta.
