Bappenas seeks to hire committed and experienced persons for the following positions:
1.Project Management Senior Expert (1 Person, 31 Months)
a.Master degree in Civil Engineer
b.Min. 5 years experiences (or at least 10 years experiences in bachelor degree) in planning and development of irrigation program, monitoring and evaluation, hydrology, GIS, urban planning, dam safety or water sanitation program
c.Have a good knowledge in Participatory Irrigation Management System,
d.Good in oral and written in English.
e.Familiar with GIS
f.Preferably experienced on working with government, United Nation, or International NGO
2.Economic Senior Expert (1 Person, 15 Months)
a.Master degree in Economics
b.Min 5 years (or at least has 10 years of bachelor degree) familiar and has experiences with livelihood sector, monitoring and evaluation, water sanitation and asset management
c.Certified for property appraisal
d.Have a good knowledge in oral and written in English.
e.Familiar with SPSS, E-Views and Monte Carlo Simulation
f.Preferably experienced on working with government, United Nation, or International NGO
3.Junior Expert for Water Resources Management (1 Person, 31 Months)
a.Preferable master degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering
b.Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering
c.Min. 5 years experiences in monitoring and evaluation, familiar with irrigation program, hydrology, or water sanitation
d.Have a good knowledge in Participatory Irrigation Management System
e.Good in oral and written in English.
f.Familiar with GIS
g.Preferably experienced on working with government, United Nation, or International NGO
4.Economic Junior Expert (1 Person, 15 Months)
a.Preferable Master degree in Economics
b.Bachelor degree in Economic
c.Min 5 years experiences and familiar and has experiences in livelihood sector, monitoring and evaluation , water sanitation and asset management
d.Certified for property appraisal
e.Have a good knowledge in oral and written in English.
