Chief Operating Officer (COO)
At the direction of the National Director, the Chief Operating Officer will lead a wide network of branches and projects across Indonesia, marshal limited resources to the most productive uses with the aim of creating maximum value for the beneficiaries, develop and cascade the organization strategy/mission statement to the lower level staff by implementing appropriate recognition and coaching practices to align personnel and organization goals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience of which a minimum of five years will have been in senior management, preferably leading a housing development or a housing finance institution.
He/she will understand deeply a grassroots community’s needs and more importantly has the proven ability to interact effectively with all constituents
including: international partners, donors, corporate leaders and government partners.
