1. Program Officer (Code : PO)
Location : Jakarta
Major Roles:
To support World Vision Indonesia’s strategic mandate to “grow resources and influence to increase our impact with children, communities and supporters,” and “build the organization and its sustainability” as a key liaison between World Vision Indonesia donors and project/program implementers.
Qualifications:
- Min. S1 degree in relevant field
- Min. TOEFL Score 550
- Min 2 years experience in humanitarian works
- Competent in Log frame designs
- Strong experience in project management (design) and proposal writing
- Excellent communication skill
2. Project Coordinator (Code : PC)
Project/Location : Infocus Project - Sumba Timur
Major Role :
Responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation Infocus projects (natural resource management project) that contribute to the achieve of Program goals. The PC will also support the team to ensure project promotes quality, empowering and sustainable development in alignment relevant strategies, policies and standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree with related experience
- Minimum 2 years of sectoral/appropriate professional experience
- Previous experience in development facilitation for communities and understand Sumba/NTT context is an advantage.
- Previous experience in advocacy and networking in an advantage
- Experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing
- Based in Sumba Timur, NTT
3. Campaign Officer (code : CAMP)
Project/Location : Infocus Project - ADP Sumba Timur
Major Roles:
Responsible to building public (government, community, and children) awareness on food security, importance of saving, and sustainable agriculture and reforestation, and engaging public for action in related issue. Campaign officer will work closely with external; village and sub district government and community groups, schools and other local stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Mass Communication or Graphic Design.
- Experience in project campaign
- Skill in graphic design and writing skill in for press release, leaflet, poster etc
- Good knowledge and understanding of community development, able to adapt with local culture.
- Experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing
- Based in Sumba Timur, NTT
4. Sponsorship Planning & Monitoring Coordinator (Code : SPM)
Major Roles:
Responsible to support the overall sponsorship operation service through the intentional planning and monitoring of CSMP (Child Sponsorship Management Project) that is to contribute to the transformation of children, families, communities, and sponsors aligned with World Vision Indonesia strategy and Sponsorship Standard & Policy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Experience and knowledge on assessment, design & log frame development
- Ability to develop and execute monitoring plan
- Skill in facilitating training
- Fluent in English (Min. TOEFL score 500)
5. Sponsor Relation Officer (Code : SR)
Major Roles:
This position is responsible to support the overall World Vision Indonesia ministry through Sponsorship Operation Service particularly in managing sponsorship communication between sponsors and children, family and community that are aligned with World Vision Indonesia Strategy Mandate Priority (SMP) and Sponsorship Standard & Policy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Concern for order, attention to detail
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in English (Min. TOEFL score 500)
