The Papua Women Empowerment (PAWE) project aim is to empower poor Papua women by increasing their participation in implementation and decision-making processes in the community driven development program (RESPEK) so that they are better able to benefit from the program, and address their needs and priorities. We need your help to ensure that it’s a success.
PROJECT MANAGER (1 position)
Working collaboratively with the other PM PAWE, you will be leading day to day management of the project. Managing budgets and reporting on project progress, you will have to ensure that project quality standards are met and the project is effectively monitored. You will also need to ensure the project implementation team provides adequate support to women groups through regular visits and dialogue, with particular attention to; project appraisal, assisting with strategic planning and guidance on project development, as well as providing support related to internal management issues and personnel issues.
You should have strong knowledge and at least 2 (two) years experience of project management, including project planning, budgeting, and reporting. Be able to communicate well with wide range of people in Indonesian and in English. Having a commitment to programme quality and experience of developing and implementing effective programme monitoring systems is also essential.
FIELD ASSISTANT (7 positions)
You will be working with the Project Officer to develop monitoring and evaluation report of the women group. This will include collecting and gathering data with regards to PAWE project and other gender empowerment issues in district level. You will need to have the ability to prepare accurate records and report and have to be able to manage your own time and working effectively with the team.
ADMINISTRATOR (1 position)
Supporting the team, you will be providing administration and general secretarial support to PAWE project. This will include providing logistic support such as travel arrangement, workshop, and other official events PAWE project; documents translation, duplication, and dissemination to other parties; and provide the visitors with courteous service. You should have minimum 2 years experience in administration and secretarial work, showing the ability to work accurately and be able to manage your own time under the guidance of the line manager.
